Help with Devpro

So I downloaded Devpro recently and I've run into a bit of a problem.

See, every time I try to edit a deck or go into a duel, my FPS drops from around 25 to 12 and even to 6 FPS, making the program slow as hell. I've tried going into notepad and changing the use_d3d = 0 to 1, but it never stays that way even after I save it and it does nothing to help the FPS...

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, please let me know.

Have you tired re-downloading the package?

I know it sounds silly - however when I encountered a problem in the programme - I found that re-downloading it really helped.

I've tried redownloading it a few times, and the problem is the same..
