Spirit Force RP: Chapter 3 [Mind Set]

Jaden turned and hugged Echo tight "I'm glad your okay...I'm so happy your okay...." he rubbed her back gently, his eyes watering "I won't let that happen to you again..."

Echo hugged back, but she seemed forlorn. Detached. She could see relief wash over Jaden, but she did not feel the same relief.

"You... shouldn't be sorry. I should. I hurt everyone... especially Jade." Her voice was a whisper, laced with regrets and sorrow. She suddenly grimaced, almost growling as she spoke.

"I'll make sure nothing comes of this. Trust me."

Jaden looked at Echo and gently held her hand "Everything will be okay Echo, you didn't do anything wrong...but your safe now...we will protect you and Jade." Jaden said honestly, he was worried about her, he wanted her to be happy again.

Echo sighed, pulling away. She held up her hand, aura flowing to it before a writhing mass of eyes surrounded it. The Watcher. She smiled at Jaden, but it was remorseful.

"There is one thing that makes the Watcher unique in comparison to most illusionary skills. It has no restrictions on the victim." Suddenly the eyes began to stream towards Echo's own face, stopping right before it touched her. Suddenly the eyes dissipated and were sucked back through Echo's hand.

"If I need to... I will break myself. Until I don't hurt anyone else."

Jaden watched and shook his head "No you will not break yourself, you mean too much too everyone...too me...to do that" he gazed at her, his aura softening to its silver origin. "We are a team Echo, we get through everything together" He gripped her hand comfortingly again.

Alanna sits down around the ship and listens to her own music.

"so when are we going to get there?" said shina

Jaden looked over "About 10 mins shina, so we will be there shortly"

shina nodded at jaden and looked up at the roof closing her eyes letting her mind wounder, remembering things of the past both good and bad alike.

Alanna then decided to approach Jaden. "So how are we going to handle this fuckin mission?"

Jaden looks at Alanna and smiles "Well...the fastest of us scout the city, make sure there aren't any huge threats there and then the rest of you come out and we investigate more throughly"

"That sounds like a decent plan if I ever fuckin heard one." Alanna comments on Jaden's plan. "Though, I do wonder if that bitch will fuckin be around here." Alanna wanders, thinking about sapphire

Jaden growls lightly "If we see her, we all get turns tearing her to shreds"

"i get to shred her first.." said shina still looking up at the roof with her eyes closed

"I'm sorry, but I sorta want to fuckin test something on her." Alanna says Laughing.

"Shut the hell up all of you! If anyone gets her it's me." Jade grumbles.

"Ehehe well erm. New topic guys!" Ruby says nervously.

"Oh, come'on Jade, I wouldn't want ya to get fuckin hurt." Alanna states her concerns for her. "And plus, we really should NOT be fuckin talkin about whos going to get the first blood. Remember what Punch said?" Alanna reminds everyone. "Though it would be nice to reverse her bloodflow." She mumbles.

Jaden nods "Right right...We all work as a team and accomplish everything together"

"Can you guys not be stupid and just focus on what we need to do? Someone explain our mission thoroughly because Punch was very vague."

Jade turns to Jaden. "What's the game plan?"

Jaden looks at the team "Okay, I'm gonna fly around and get a full area scan of the city to locate the prison, I want anyone with sneaking ability on the ground to start pointing out guard positions, everyone else will wait until us scouts give the all clear then we move to the prison and save Rex"

"i guess i will be heading down there than.." said shina getting up from her seat and looking at jaden

Gajeel placed a finger on his thumb. He began to think. "Rex? Hm....I wonder why a prisoner is important and what information he may have."

Echo nodded, dropping quietly to the ground. She waited for the others, already in a fighting position
