Chapter 5: [Undercover]

Shinyo nodded and he said, "Firstly I need to stop his form from killing him." Shinyo decided he has no other option. "Connor, its time." Connor landed next to Shinyo and said, "You guys may want to step back." Connor said, "This will get messy." Shinyo then took his sword and stabbed his hand, letting his blood flow and Connor's Aura radiated.

It is time.

Shinyo then recited his ultimate chant. "From darkness do I part with you. and from light, I abandon. I call upon the Soul Fusion of Myself and Necro Tenebris. I use my blood as the offering." Suddenly many shadows, even Jaden's started surrounding Shinyo and began to be absorbed into the cut he made. It was clear Shinyo was calling upon his ultimate form. From the shadows arose Jagger, but this time he seemed to be more disciplined than last time. Jagger pulled out his Balmung and he said, "You ready Connor?"

Connor meanwhile channeled all his energy into his ultimate form, The Dragon Charge Armor. From the light walked out a man in similar armor to Jaden's, but it was blood red and the lance was silver. Connor nodded to Jagger and said, "Let's rock." and the two forms went in for their attack, Jagger going for his Fragmented End and Connor going for his Bahumet's Wrath Attack. Suddenly a massive beam of energy blasted at Jaden. This would stop him indeed.

Kiru shook her head, as usual no one knew what they were talking about, "you ALL knew Jaden couldnt handle the stress of being a leader, he knows it himself! And yet you all pushed him to try to become something he cant. He is like this because of YOU because of his own stubborn attitude."

Jaden spoke to Tara once more "I know..." Jaden jumped back, seeing the attacks coming towards him "DIVINE ROAR!!" he yelled out, sending the shockwave towards both of the attacks.

The blast was so powerful, it set a shockwave across the city that caused a power outage. It was clear it was a force of power over power. Jagger went in and ended up throwing Tara aside and then he said, "I am sorry friend, but I must stop you from killing yourself and your friends." Jagger then stabbed his sword into the ground and yelled, "IMPERIAL SLAUGHTER!!!!" A new blast was erupting, point blank on Jaden. If this did not stop him, he did not know what could.

"Kiru, you can't deny that we also pushed him over the edge by telling him what he should do rather than him developing his own style. We forced our own views down his throat and he couldn't swallow them." Turning to the berserking night that was Jaden, he looked at him with a sincere face. "And for that, I am sorry."

Kiru sighed, "I will not apologize for being right Gajeel. if Jaden is unable to accept the truth he has no place here."

Cobra was in the air sitting in his own floating cloud of dense poison. "This is getting boring", he said

(Rage) "We must kill them to end our bordem"
(Intelligence) "No, we spectate"

It begins to rain, silence filled the battle field as Jaden could be see falling from the sky, remnants of his armor falling off as he is knocked unconscious.

Gajeel's shadows manifested and grabbed Jaden out of the air, slowly bringing him down to the ground.

Jagger reverted back to Shinyo and walked to Jaden, the rain dripping on his face. He saw that among the wreakage of armor, was Jaden's leg. The Armor took more than his strength, it even took his body. Shinyo began to lower his head and felt Jaden's head and neck. He still had a pulse, but faint. He looked at Gajeel and said, "We need your medical skills Gajeel. We need to patch his leg before he bleeds out."

Gajeel shifted back to his base form. He used archive to check his entire body. "Oh god. He's close to death. He lost aproxitely three pints of blood. A few more ounces and it's lethal." He took out Slots, Slots immediately popping out emergency medical equipment. He grabbed one rubber ribbon, tightly wrapping it around Jaden's knee to create a tourniuete. "Where's cobra? I need something to knock him out deeper than he is right now. I can't risk him waking up."

Kiru scoffed, "Who the fuck was that bitch? I hate leading things, I just hate seeing bad leadership even more."

"I know I know Tara. Hold on I need to stop the bleeding from below, and the hole in his shoulder." He patched them up with surgical gauze and tape for a quick seal to hold just long enough to get him home. He then lifted Jaden onto Tara. "Thanks."

Jaden relaxed slowly, his sleep becoming deeper as he was taken to their home base by Tara

"I'm gonna work my ass off with what hasn't healed by the time Jaden wakes up. He has more than broken bones and cuts. He also needs a blood transfusion. I don't know if my blood is compatible."

Cobra decended from the clouds, ext to gajeel. "I heard my name?"

Jaden's breathing was calm as he slept soundly, the only thign moving is his chest rising up and down
